– By renting a Pilved OÜ property, you’ll agree on the terms of rental conditions. Any disagreements will be settled following the laws of Republic of Estonia.
– Rental fee will be paid as soon as the client has booked the equipment and Pilved OÜ has issued the invoice for payment.
– By renting equipment from Pilved OÜ, after the hike you are obligated to return everything unbroken and clean, as received from the bailor.
– The client has the responsibility to use all the equipment during rental time prudently, purposefully. When something breaks or gets lost, you need to inform bailor as he/she hands over the equipment.
– All the equipment is during rental time under the responsibility of bailee and Pilved OÜ has right to claim all the financial damage that has occured. (Maximum amount of the cost of equipment)
–Bailee can not hand over Pilved OÜ property for third parties to use.
– Bailee can not organize or order equipment repairs from a third party. Except for when it’s coordinated with bailor (Pilved Oü).
– The client is obligated to ask instructions how to put together or use the equipment given to him/her if he/she doesn’t have the proper information.
– Pilved OÜ has to inform clients no later than 2 days after receiving the equipment and any shortcomings or problems with the equipment is detected.
– The bailee has the opportunity to ask for a discount or withdraw the wish to rent equipment if it is partially or fully unusable, dirty or broken.
