Canihunt dog protection vest Protect PRO CANO

The Protect PRO CANO protective vest has been developed as an ultra resistant model against puncture and wear and tear. To this end, the Canihunt brand has chosen to add an extra layer of ballistic fabric and optimum protection for the club and shoulders. Protect PRO CANO thus becomes the best performing dog vest on the market in terms of protection class and puncture resistance.

Composition of the vest:

• COVERED SEAMSThis technique allows greater flexibility and prevents the dog from rubbing itself on edges.
• BACK TRAINThe Velcro back flap secures the actual closure system on the dog’s back twice.
• INTEGRATED CLUB AND SHOULDER PROTECTIONAn integral part of the Protect PRO CANO vest are additional covers over shoulders and thighs, which provide optimal protection.
• OUTSIDE CORDURA 1100 TEX®Ultra-technical with a RIPSTOP® structure

  : a tear-resistant fabric that can withstand the most aggressive biotopes.

• ANTIPERFORATION FABRIC 100% POLYETHYLENE4 layers in the main part (thorax) and 3 layers in the front part (neck) for an ultraperformant antiperforation vest, extreme flexibility and superior agility.
• HEAT-REGULATING LININGA thermoregulation system that lowers the temperature under the vest and thus directly on the dog. This system, made of so-called MOLTON wadding, also offers significantly more comfort.
• ZIPPER SYSTEMIn 2008, Cano Concept developed a system of additional zippers to improve the vests’ size adaptation to the dogs’ anatomy. The vest can – in combination with a back flap adapter – accommodate up to 4 additional zippers. This vest is already supplied with two additional zippers.
• QUICK-RELEASE FASTENERThis clamping buckle allows the vest to be put on the dog easily and the zippers to be closed effortlessly.
• REINFORCED SEAMS AND DYNEEMA THREADSThe sewing thread used for Protect PRO CANO is a DYNEEMA-based thread with an extremely strong tensile strength.
• RIPSTOP FABRICThe outer cover fabric of the Protect PRO CANO vest made of CORDURA 1100 DTEX with RIPSTOP structure is almost untearable. It is resistant to the thorniest and most aggressive biotopes, while its extreme flexibility allows for a very high mobility for the dogs. This fabric is

  treated with 2 layers of induction, making the vest dirt-repellent and almost waterproof. It also protects the anti-perforation fabric from moisture and UV rays.

  An ultra resistant sewing thread was chosen to minimize wear and tear effects.

• NECK HELVESLoops for collars are located on the outside of the neck. Collars can optionally be inserted as additional protection against accidental opening.
• REFLECTIVE STRIPESThe dog is visible in all situations thanks to the reflective strips on the vest, on which a telephone number can be noted.
