What does the product contain?
Meki freeze-dried cloudberry powder consists entirely of berries. Whole cloudberries have been used, which means that our powder contains berry seeds and pulp.
Cloudberry is a nutritious and valuable berry. Cloudberry fruits are rich in vitamin C (30-200mg / 100g) and carotene, as well as glycosides, pectic substances, citric and malic acid, sugars (6%) and tannins. The fruits also contain significant amounts of minerals – manganese, copper, chromium, aluminum, silicon and potassium compounds. All this makes cloudberry a nourishing and very valuable wild berry.
How to use it?
Meki cloudberry powder is ground into a fine flour, which makes it convenient to add to foods.
Cloudberry processing has used freeze-drying, which means that all the valuable nutrients of fresh berries are retained. Thanks to this, meki berry powders are a good way to give your smoothies and pastries a beautiful color, a pleasant berry taste and hugely useful nutrients.
