This low-profile tent with a spacious vestibule is designed for comfort during long, rainy days. Its excellent ventilation system includes an innovative feature allowing the outer tent to be rolled up at both ends for enhanced airflow. Ideal for year-round trekking in all but the most extreme conditions, it provides ample space in the vestibule for gear storage and cooking.
The vestibule and inner tent are equipped with drying lines for hanging clothes or a lamp. Color-coded pole sleeves make setup simple, and the tent can accommodate double poles (available as an accessory) for added stability. Large, well-placed ventilation openings ensure optimal airflow, while fine mesh covers all openings to keep out even the tiniest insects. The door can be partially opened for better air circulation in warm conditions, without allowing rain into the inner tent.
The innovative outer fabric is made from Fjällräven’s durable TripleRip nylon, combining two fabric weights: 20 denier in the upper section and extra-strong 40 denier in the lower section. Like all Fjällräven tents, the Abisko Shape 3 is completely free of PVC plastics and toxic chemicals.
