An exceptionally strong and stable four-season tunnel tent optimized for extreme weather conditions and rugged terrain. A great choice for winter hikes and use at higher altitudes, yet still light enough to pack in a trekking backpack. All materials and details are carefully selected. For example, the zippers are large enough to be easily handled even with winter gloves, the guy lines are woven with reflective thread, and the extra-large ground loops and anchor points allow the tent to be secured in snow with skis or poles. The tent stakes are especially long and wide to ensure excellent grip on difficult terrain. Reflectors at the ventilation openings and doors make the tent visible during the darker months of the year. The outer tent and inner tent are connected to prevent the inner tent from getting wet during setup. The pole sleeves are large enough for double poles (optional), enabling the tent to withstand higher winds and more snow on the roof. The extra-large vestibule provides ample space for gear storage, cooking, and other activities. Dual-side entrances allow you to use the leeward entrance in stormy weather. The inner tent features a removable mesh shelf and several mesh pockets for gear storage. Large ventilation openings ensure excellent airflow and minimize condensation. All openings are covered with dense mosquito netting, and they can be sealed from the outside with the outer tent when the tent is used in snow or sand. In warm conditions, the door can be left half-open for additional airflow without letting rain enter the inner tent. The innovative outer fabric is made of Fjällräven’s durable TripleRip nylon, combining two fabric weights for optimized strength – 40 denier in the upper part and an extra-durable 70 denier in the lower part. Like all Fjällräven tents, the Keb Endurance 2 is made completely without PVC plastics and toxic chemicals.
