Helikon DRAGON EGG MkII BACKPACK® – Shadow Grey

The Direct Action® Dragon Egg® is a 25-liter tactical backpack designed for short patrol duties or everyday carry (EDC). It features two hydration bladder pockets—one in the main compartment and another in the zippered back section. The rear compartment, with a padded sleeve, allows for the safe transport of a multiband radio device or a 15” laptop.

The front pocket includes a zippered mesh pocket and a simple organizer for small essentials. Side pockets can store small, flat items, or, when unzipped, fit a standard U.S. canteen. The laser-cut MOLLE/PALS system makes the backpack fully modular while maintaining a low-profile design. Thanks to its egg-shaped structure, the Dragon Egg® is more compact in height and width than similar-capacity packs, making it comfortable to wear with belt kits or ballistic vests.

For superior comfort, the suspension system includes ergonomic shoulder straps and an internal back stiffener. Constructed from durable 500D Cordura® nylon with a water-resistant coating, this pack is built to withstand tough conditions. The Combat Vent System® (CVS®), featuring contoured foam profiles with air channels and breathable mesh, enhances air circulation, reducing heat buildup and sweating, while maintaining stability and comfort.
