Overview

This hike will take you through the exoticism of the swamp to an educational barbecue training. To work up an appetite, we will go on a two-hour snowshoe hike in the Koitjärve marsh. On the bog, we look at the barnacles, swing on the swings, listen to the silence and tell interesting stories about the bogs. When we have run out of energy, a table with goodies awaits us. Grill master Vitali shares his knowledge on how to prepare different cuts of beef over a campfire, how to season them and what to eat on the side. The purpose of the training is to teach how to prepare different cuts of beef correctly over a campfire so that the meat remains delicious and juicy. This is definitely a good lesson for those who want a change from grilling pork or chicken. This event is suitable, for example, for company summer days and birthdays.
