Bicycle helmet KASK Valegro WG11 Red

The profile of the Valegro polycarbonate shell has been tested and refined by KASK engineers in a wind tunnel to get the best results in thermo-cooling performance. The Valegro offers advanced ventilation and a weight of just 180 g (size small).

37 ventilation holes and new breathable, quick-dry padding provide maximum cooling. The 5 mm layer of fast-wicking thermoformed tri-dimensional padding is antistatic, bacteriostatic, heat regulating and moisture transferring (Resistex Carbon). The chin pad with eco-leather strap keeps the helmet comfortable all day.

Technology

• HYVENT: the structure and design of the shell improve air flow and dissipate heat.
• HIGH BREATHABILITY: the inner padding fibre speeds up the evaporation of perspiration, slows down the formation of humidity on the skin and keeps the temperature constant.
• ANTI BACTERIAL: the inner padding fibre is gentle on the skin and protects it from bacteria and pollutant dust, reducing the risk of allergies.
• ANTI STATIC: the inner padding fibre absorbs and disperses electric charges accumulated from the environment or during physical exercise.
• 3D DRY PADDING: the tridimensional padding uses a multi-layer open cell construction for comfort and performance.
• OCTO FIT: the rubberised Micro Dial adjuster provides improved finger grip. Floating cradle contact points combine internal gel pads for comfort and oscillate freely through 180° for a fit on any head shape. The skeletal brackets of the cradle are as light as possible.
• ECO-LEATHER CHINSTRAP: the anallergic and washable chinstrap is comfortable and helps to avoid skin irritation.
• MIT: the MIT technology used on all KASK cycling helmets gives higher safety thanks to the polycarbonate layer covering the shell on the top, the base ring and the back.
• IN MOULDING: the in moulding technology joins the inner polystyrene cap to the outer polycarbonate one for better shock absorption.
