The lemon toothpaste tablets contain hydroxyapatite (HAp), a non-toxic alternative to fluoride. It restores tooth enamel naturally.

How to use the toothpaste tablets

• Chew the tablet.
• Brush with a damp toothbrush for about 2 minutes.
• Spit out the foam. For the minerals to work at their best, we recommend only spitting out the foam and not rinsing your mouth with water.
• Recommended frequency: twice a day, morning and evening brushing.
• Recommended amount: 1 tablet per use.
• We recommend cleaning between the teeth with dental floss before brushing.
• To keep the tablets as fresh as possible, store them in a closed bag or pour them into a container with a lid.
