M-Tac Patrol Flex coat has a comfortable, slightly fitted cut. The coat has a stand-up collar, zipper in with Velcro, as well as a central fastener in the form of a detachable "tractor" plastic zipper and covers its Velcro strips. On the chest there are two hidden "velcro" pockets with vertical entrances for easy access to the contents, as well as horizontal velcro panels for attaching name tags and patches with medical data. In the armpits - embroidered grommets for improved ventilation. On the sleeves - 1 patch pocket with a vertical entrance on a zipper, and with a velcro panel made of velcro in the color of "cartoons", with service compartments for attaching handles or similar equipment.
