MED POUCH VERTICAL MK II® is a slightly modified version of our MED POUCH VERTICAL. The biggest change is the more visible MED sign on the front, laser cut into the loop Velcro®, which allows you to add various patches, including IR signs. The insert has been modified to reduce weight and bulk, while the pouch keeps the most important features of earlier versions.

This two-piece IFAK is designed to fit on a chest rig side panel or on a belt, taking up similar PALS space as a magazine pouch. It is made mainly of proprietary laminate and 500D Cordura®. The insert with medical equipment deploys with a single pull of the Velcro®-closed flap. The whole first aid setup is well planned and held in place by elastic webbing loops.

The interior of the main pouch is covered with loop Velcro®, so you can mount our SHEARS pouch inside. The pouch is compatible with any MOLLE/PALS modular platform and, thanks to specially designed paracord loops, it can also be mounted on any 45 mm wide gun belt.
