Mil-Tec Parka Gen II (ECWCS Wet Weather Gen II) is a waterproof jacket made of 3-layer laminate with a removable warm fleece liner. The membrane keeps out rain and wind (5000 mm water column) while letting moisture escape, and the seams of the outer jacket are taped. With the fleece liner the jacket also works in winter, without it in spring and autumn. The Phantomleaf WASP I Z2 pattern suits dry vegetation, steppe and semi-desert, and in our climate forests and fields from late summer to late autumn.
