A long-handled spoon is essential on the trail: it reaches the bottom of a freeze-dried food pouch and lets you stir the pot without your fingers getting near the boiling liquid.
The spoon is very light and made from BPA-free Tritan and aluminium. Its angle and shape make eating comfortable.
