Arctix StormSock LW Ankle Black waterproof socks

A fully waterproof sock for hiking, cycling and outdoor sports for both men and women. Particularly suited to cool and wet conditions where the feet must stay warm and dry. The ankle-height cuff and the thin merino wool used on the whole inner surface of the sock ensure comfort and warmth.

The outer layer of the sock is made of nylon, which protects the foot and dries quickly. The HydroTech membrane moves moisture away from the foot but does not let water in from the outside. The inner lining consists of merino wool, polyester, nylon and lycra. Merino wool is warm, soft and retains warmth even when wet.

Tip: combine with the Bridgedale Thermal Liner base sock for an even warmer and more comfortable result.

• Inner layer: 54% merino wool, 36% polyester, 7.5% nylon / polyamide, 2.5% lycra / elastane
• Membrane: 100% polyurethane

Washing instructions: wash dark colours separately, 40 °C gentle cycle (Grangers Performance Wash recommended). Do not use fabric softener. Bleaching, ironing and dry cleaning are prohibited. Tumble dry on low heat only.
